Mango Jam

Ingredients
Ripe Alphonso mango – 4 (medium size)
Sugar – ¾ cup
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Method
Peel the mangoes and cut into cubes discarding the seed.
In a non-stick pan, add chopped mangoes, sugar and lemon juice.
Mix well and bring it to boil in medium flame.
When it starts boiling, reduce to low flame.
Keep stirring and cook until it reaches jam consistency.
Test your jam by dropping a little on a plate. If the jam is running/flowing, then it will need some more cooking time and if it is firm then your jam is perfect.
Switch off and let it cool completely.
Transfer the jam to clean airtight container and store in a refrigerator.

Notes
You can use any other mango variety but the color might slightly vary.
